2, prejudice

There are many prejudices in the world. The prejudice is an unreasonable dislike someone or things. For examples, Many people like pretty of handsome people and they hate fat and uggly people. So many fat and uggly people get stressed. This is an strong prejudice in the world.
The holocaust could be an example of prejudice. The Germany people persecuted and killed them because of prejudice. There are no reason to persecute and kill them. But they just hate them that why many Jewsih people died during the Germany occuptation. The black people and white people hate each other because of the prejudice. The white people treated the black people like their pets. They thought that the black people are nasty and the white peopel are perfect. This prejucide brought many chaos.

1.Holocaust

I know the Holocaust through the movie named" The life is beautiful" I remember that the The Germany stared the World War 2. Hittler hated the Jewish people that he command Germany soldiers to imprisoned Jews people. They made some rules to persecute them. The Jews have to put a star on their cloths and they can't go to Germany's restaurants and buses. They put them in the gas room to death. Some of them were killed by shotting guns and machinguns.

Theme

I think theme of this book is overcome sufferings then you will be happy. They had overcame many sufferings like storms and pirates. But they didn't reach a goal but they had a goal. The goal was go to Malaysia safely.
They didn't want to die that they can overcame many sufferings. At last when Thay Van Chi died, he gave a different goal. He said to Kien protect Mai and Loc. So I knew that Kien will reach the goal. Becaus he has a goal.

A boat nowhere(Characters)

Kien was rude but after Big Tong got injured by ax. He bandaged for him and became kind and brave. Thay Van Chi was grandfather of Mai and Loc. He had many knowledges. He was brave but unfortunetly he died by pneumonia. Mai was a young girl aobut 20years old. She was coward and selfish. Loc was a boy. He didn't understand about circumstances. He liked to follow Kien.
Bac Tong was kind to them but he planned that he steal the See Breeze(A BOAT) and escape from outcast island. I think he was a ambitious man.

A boat to nowhere(setting)

There was a small villige in Vieteman. One day 3people from the new government that brought leader of the village and killed him. Thay Van Chi was a leader of this village so 3government people tried kill him. Kien act like help the 3government people and followed them. He escaped from the village with Thay Van Chi, Mai and Loc when kien was off 3government's guard.
They sailed to Thailand. But Thailand people didn't allow them to land in their village. They planned to sail to Malaysia.

courage

Courage is the most important thing in our lives. Each person has courage when he of she face emrgency. I am a shy person that I am not reveal myself to other people. But occasionally I talked with teachers. When I first came TCIS. I am so shy that I can't say a sentence to teachers. But after a while, I tried to talk with teachers. Then now I think I am improving. I am still not good at English but I feel betther than When I first came here. This is my opinion. We need courage to improve ourselves.
